• Optimizing the front end webpack build integration
• Modernization of the AEM CMS components, porting form jQuery to react
• Implementation of the global state system in redux/ context API, centralizing the logic for user authentication, cart building and checkout
• Assisted in growing the development teams by a factor of 6, providing onboarding and mentorship for new team members
